Surface Treatment company

The company operates a production facility that provides surface treatment and assembly services for customer products. Approximately 50 people work in production, with an additional ten employees in sales, administration, and customer service.

For several years, the company has invested in sustainable development, which has contributed to its growth through new client relationships.

Key personnel were trained to understand the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) implementation process, including the associated ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) requirements. Together with the company’s quality manager, the team updated ISO 9001, 14001, and other quality standards to align with ESRS requirements.

Experts from EGLA assisted in improving production processes and leveraging CSRD leadership in the company’s sales and marketing. As a result of the training and project, the set development goals were exceeded. Several areas for improvement were identified during the planning phase.
