Statement from the Logistics Maintenance Manager:

“The company’s workshop conducted the Green Lean Specialist expert training in 2015 and 2016. Several workshop employees participated in this program, led primarily by Panu Hämäri, with additional members from EGLA also attending.

In my experience, the training provided excellent knowledge, skills, and methods for implementing Green Lean practices in logistics maintenance tasks. The training materials, practical tools, and teaching were highly effective and supported our unit’s development needs. The balance between theory and hands-on exercises was well-executed.

Training materials were updated based on feedback from client companies, with a focus on continuous improvement. The teaching is also supported by an e-learning platform. The trainers’ extensive experience, broad perspective on projects across various fields, and well-illustrated examples and exercises offered an excellent overview of the subject.

They are knowledgeable in their field, demanding, and capable of engaging both students and company management. This was evident in the practical project work included in the training.

In my view, there has been a noticeable shift in the organization’s attitude towards continuous improvement of company operations. Based on my experience, I can recommend the training received—and especially the trainers—to other organizations.”
