Problems and Challenges
Many of their prospective customers had started to demand sustainable operations in the fleet
The company had no understanding of the elements of sustainability and their effect on economics
They had no readiness to meet the requirements of Sustainable Travel
The company did not know the costs nor emissions caused by their drivers and the fleet
The project lasted a total of 16 months, during which numerous improvements were made.
Corrective and Development Actions
Communication between units was mapped, analyzed, and systematized.
The guidelines for sales, use of energy in different forms and chemicals related to services were made
The sales messages and efforts started to be targeted toward the sustainability, especially after the CSRD project started
Many companies that had not been available as customers earlier, became interested of the services when the company readiness for ESRS was published.
The company grew to be the biggest player of their field using their CSRD development as the selling point

The project’s Return on Investment (R.O.I) was approximately 40:1.
