The company designs, manufactures, and markets work tools for wheel loaders, property maintenance machines, tractors, and excavators. The company’s main products include various snow removal and brush equipment for property and urban maintenance, as well as trailers and excavation buckets for earthmoving work.
The project was conducted within the company’s production operations. A major part of the cost reductions came through the reduction of raw material costs, that came due to enhanced Circular Economy and improved material use.
The Chairman of the Board/CEO stated the following:
“The primary focus of the project was to develop production processes. Several key personnel and a partner collaborated on this project. During the project, a Green Lean training was also provided to participants. The project manager was a Green Lean-certified project manager from EGLA. Based on our experience, the systematic guidance of the project and the training provided to key personnel have equipped us with the knowledge, skills, and methods needed to carry out future development activities in line with the Green Lean model.
During the production processes, we aimed to achieve productivity growth by developing the processes and involving our entire staff in the improvement work. In our view, the project has brought about a positive shift in awareness and attitudes within our organization. The successful outcome of the project has also positively impacted our key performance indicators.
Based on our experience, we can recommend Green Lean experts as partners to companies looking to address both production and operational challenges effectively.”
