The company is the leading taxi service company in their country. They started to invest in Sustainable Development 2022 and as consequence they started a projectto become ready for CSRD requirements 2024. I last 3 years they have grown to be a leading player in their field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Problems and Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of their prospective customers had started to demand sustainable operations in the fleet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company had no understanding of the elements of sustainability and their effect on economics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They had no readiness to meet the requirements of Sustainable Travel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company did not know the costs nor emissions caused by their drivers and the fleet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project lasted a total of 16 months, during which numerous improvements were made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corrective and Development Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communication between units was mapped, analyzed, and systematized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guidelines for sales, use of energy in different forms and chemicals related to services were made<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sales messages and efforts started to be targeted toward the sustainability, especially after the CSRD project started<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many companies that had not been available as customers earlier, became interested of the services when the company readiness for ESRS was published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company grew to be the biggest player of their field using their CSRD development as the selling point <\/p>\n\n\n\n

R.O.I<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project\u2019s Return on Investment (R.O.I) was approximately 40:1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
